Grogg tries to gently nudge the goblin behind him with his foot, hoping the thing gets the hint. He doesn't know if it speaks Common, but he can try. "Run away, little man. Go away, I don't want to kill you." The bugbears are another thing entirely. Screw them. He is clearly distracted by his multi-tasking, but he isn't about to give up just because of that. He swings at the bugbear in front of him, hoping to at least keep him occupied.
Attack Bugbear #2, with goblin-inspired Disadvantage. :)

Arveene takes aim at the nearest bugbear with her crossbow and releases a bolt. Shooting over Sunny's head, her bolt strikes the bugbear and pierces its skin. Her bolt remains lodged into the chest of their attacker.

Lorenzo considers taking a step back, but his instincts tell him that his movement might open himself open to attack. Instead, he summons another fire bolt and slings it towards the bugbear. However, his thoughts distracted him long enough to miscalculate his aim at the close target.
You would need to take the "Disengage" action in order to move without an AOO, so

Looking to seize another strike, the deep gnome tries to stab the bugbear in it's foot. As he lunges for his attack, the bugbear shifts its weight causing his strike to miss the creature.

Standing behind Grogg, Sasha sends another beam of crackling energy streaking towards the bugbear. However, her spell also misses the bugbear as it moves forward and prepares to attack.

Sidestepping the goblin, Grogg strikes at the bugbear with his scimitar. As he makes his attack, he steps forward and hears a crunch sound. His foot landed on the goblin's fingers as it tried to get out of the way. Grogg's strike goes wide missing the bugbear.

The bugbear rears back its morningstar and slams it downwards towards Grogg. Fortunately for Grogg, after having stepped on the goblin's fingers, he shifted his weight allowing the bugbear's strike to miss. However, the morningstar slams down almost hitting the rear foot of the goblin as the goblin continues to crawl away.

Lot of low dice rolls there for an almost uneventful round :(
The second bugbear roars but holds its ground shouting something in goblinoid to the lead bugbear seemingly wanting it to get out of the way, so he can also join the fight.

Meanwhile, the goblin crawls between Grogg and Lorenzo until it is a few meters away. The goblin rests with its back against the wall and holding its fingers in pain.

"Again."

The sigh is not very exciting or encouraging.

Yet your gnome companion stabs.... not surprisingly, again.

Arveene fires another quarrel and keeps up the act. "Revolution!" she shouts.

Grogg isn't some sort of berserking rager, immune to his physical condition until the madness subsides. He is hurt and losing blood, his shield arm weakening and all he wants to do is curl up into a ball and throw up from the pain. But he manages to keep on going, knowing he'll get a sword to the neck if he drops. He takes a deep breath and rushes the bugbear, trying to end this as soon as possible.
Yup, keep up the attack.

Continuing her stance, Sasha sends yet another beam of crackling energy streaking towards the bugbear. After compensating for her last misfire, this spell hits the bugbear square in the chest knocking the breath out of him.

Hoping to land a blow on the bugbear, the deep gnome tries again to stab it's foot. Hopelessly, the deep gnome known as Sunny misses his mark once more.

Arveene takes aim again at the bugbear with her crossbow and releases a bolt. Shooting over Sunny's head, her bolt strikes the bugbear's armor but doesn't leave an impact on the creature.

Lorenzo summons another fire bolt and slings it towards the bugbear. Unlike last time, this bolt hits the bugbear. Its blow was the last one needed to send the bugbear to the floor. It now lies unconscious atop the other bugbear.

Init: Grogg (waiting for a confirmation since B2 is down now)

I'm pausing here to double check if Grogg wants to:
1) move down the hallway, attack Bugbear3 (this would limit how many others can attack b3 next turn)
2) take the "ready" action to react (and attack) before your next turn when/if the bugbear approaches. The "ready attack" here is basically an inverse AOO ("Grogg takes the Ready action and will attack if the bugbear steps in front of him."). You can take a "move" and a "ready" action.
3) alternatively, you're free to move back now and not have an AOO from an enemy

Grogg stays where he is, glad for the respite. He weaves a bit but stays in stance, taking the time to catch his breath. "Well come on then, bugbear! Unless you'd like to be smart like the goblin and not fight us. We're after bigger game than you." He glances to the side and winces. "Sorry about that, little man. Didn't mean to step on you. My bad."

Grogg sets his feet and patiently waits for the bugbear to come to him. Without an invitation, the bugbear rushes forward to strike at Grogg. Readied, the half-orc swings his scimitar at the creature but misses the mark.

The last bugbear hits his chest with his fists and shouts, "Ghugrik strongest there is!" The bugbear, now known as Ghugrik, attempst to shove Grogg hoping to push him back or knock him prone. However, Grogg's solid footing allows the druid to not budge or lose any ground. The bugbear looks a bit perplexed by his failed attempt.

Meanwhile, the goblin continues to hide and whimper in the corner.
