Grogg helps load up the loot in their packs. They can figure out divvying everything down to the last copper later, as long as people take the big-ticket items they want right now. The half-orc opens up one of the healing potions and downs it, needing the boost after getting cut up again.
I'll drink 1 of the Potions of Healing from the chest.

Grogg consumes one of the potions of healing and immediately begins to feel better.

When asked, Yuk Yuk just points to the second bridge that Sunny inspected. Sticking out his chest, Yuk Yuk marches across the bridge to the other side.

On the other side of the crevasse, the area to the north becomes visible. The room is finished with dressed stone block walls and a flagstone floor. Several barrels are stored against the walls here, along with a number of empty crates, straw for packing, hammers, pry bars, and nails.

"Ok" Lorenzo the Magnificent says. "Do we check the door over there?" he points to the door down the western stairs.

Arveene scrunches her brow. "That will take us to Glasstaff, won't it? The crypts are past the eastern hallway."
West hallway and to the north is the boss's door. South and into eastern hallway is to the crypts & slave pens. I was still committed to going that way, so that is my vote, but it looked to me like Lorenzo and Sasha both have a personal vendetta with Glasstaff.

Posting for V, since he's on vacation
Sunny let's someone else carry their loot and takes off across the bridge to keep an eye on the goblin. With a deep sigh, he cross the bridge in order to keep an eye on the goblin. Once there, he looks to the north and has a clear view of the storage room.

"Alright, so we going that way now?" He says. "I might as well go first down the long, dark hallway."

Yuk Yuk responds to Sunny and Arveene's statements about the southern hallway saying, "Why go there? Nothing to take." With his eyes on looting the place, the goblin points to the empty storage room to the north and says, "There? Yuk Yuk take now?"

Lorenzo shrugs. "We can pay a visit to the crypts first. No problem."

Yuk Yuk is embolden being surrounded with his combat-savvy "friends," decides to wander off into the storeroom and work area (room to the north of him on map).

As the others converse, the eager goblin begins turning over the barrels and opening up crates. Liberating some provisions and goods, the goblin tosses the worthless items on the floor. As he cracks open one box, he finds multiple beaver pelts. Yuk Yuk takes a few and throws him over his shoulder as he appears to be excited. Telling the others, "Yuk Yuk find. Yuk Yuk take."

Grogg just shrugs, not caring if Yuk Yuk calls dibs on a bunch of beaver pelts. He doesn't particularly want to fence them himself anyways, a lot of work for little gain at this point. Especially given how much loot there is elsewhere. He helps out with their exploration and looting efforts as best he can.
Glad to help out!

Arveene shrugs and grabs a few pelts too. Just in case someone else wanders through after they leave. "Hopefully the rest will still be here after we clear the manor. Good find, goblin."
Arveene will grab 5 pelts.

Onward to the crypts. Should we put our token rogue on trap duty?

"You can have the belts Yuk Yuk."

The gnome has an odd feeling and goes about searching the walls in that odd little niche in the northeast corner of the room. Something seems wrong here.
Before we move on search for secret doors in the chamber, focused on the NE corner
