ALL GAME MASTERS READ THIS

All Game Masters out there please go into the Game Openings and Interest forum and make sure your information in the Master Game List is up to date. I did a major update today, but feel like some might still be outdated. Please PM me with your updates and I'll fix the list.

Thank You

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, however, Forum Games (Like the Halo game you started) can be run by anyone.  Any game that resides in the games forums must be official and approved by the admin for quality control reasons.  We ask players to be on the site for about 3 months before running any of these games.  This helps the chances that the game won't be abandoned by the GM quickly.

So you want to be a game master here at Brennor's RPG Corner? Great! We love to have new people start and run games here, the more the merrier. We have only a few requirements of people before they can start up their own games here and a few things that need to be done to get that game ready.

1. Time: The first thing we like to see is a person active on the site posting and interacting for at least one month before starting up a game. During this time we are able to see how you interact in the OOC areas, and give you time to look around at the games that are already being run. We like people to join games first, but we know there aren't always open games waiting for new players so a general level of activeness is required.

2. Chat With Us: At some point during your one month on the site we would like you to join the IRC Chat and come chat with the various Admins that are always hanging around online and willing to talk to you. We just want to get to know you, your likes, your favorite systems, and we want you to get to know us as well. This is an informal sort of thing, and is just a way for us both to learn about each other and say hello.

3. Interest Thread: There is a Game Opening and Interest forum that you need to post your game idea about. It should include the system, the setting, and the other concepts you want to make known to other players so they know what you want to run. If there is enough interest in a game, generally 3+ players, then you need to request a formal creation of a forum from the Admins. Forum Here: https://brennor.dyndns.org/rpg/Forums/v ... f=214.html

4. The Admins will let you know at this point if the request is going to be fulfilled (most likely it will be) and they will add you to the Game Master Group. You will have access to a OOC Forum for your game, and a Players Group will be completed with you as Moderator so you can add players to your game as you get them. Sub OOC Forums can be created as well as deemed needed.

6. Master Game List: The Master Game List is updated regularly, and if you encounter major changes in your game and you want your entry in the list updated, please contact and admin and we will get it done for you. The list is found here: https://brennor.dyndns.org/rpg/Forums/v ... html#75004

Once you have your forums, you can post all your OOC info and run your game. Sometimes games will die off, and if this is the case for your game, simply request the game be moved to the Graveyard and all posts will be saved but transferred to the Game Graveyard and stored there forever. The Admins may remove a game and send it to the Graveyard if they feel it is dead, and the GM hasn't posted in a timely manner to it, if the game becomes troublesome for players or the site, or for other reasons as the Admins see fit. Some games may be resurrected from the Graveyard after time, but these are handled on a case by case basis.

Please send your requests to Vardaen, Trogdor, TetNak or Shurijo.
