I know I've asked about this before--but I can't remember the answer and I can't find the old post, so I'll ask again ...
My "notifications" indicator at the top of the page is telling me I have one unchecked notification, but I've checked it several times and it won't clear. I thought the solution I was told last time was to log out and then back in, but that didn't seem to work. So, what am I supposed to do?
