Is there a way?

Is it possible to create a thread that can only be seen by the GM of a game?

I am asking as I would like a place to keep game notes, plot ideas, NPC stats etc that I can access from the forum without having to use another app/resource.

Yes. Admin has to set it up for you
"Kings have no friends, only subjects and enemies."

When including a link in a post is there a way to change the text of the url to something more meaningful, like 'this link' etc? Rather than just having the url address?

Do a full reply.

You should see the Insert URL button next to the font color.

Then you can do THIS
"Kings have no friends, only subjects and enemies."

- King Stannis Baratheon, First of His Name

The command is usually
{Url=The Link}Your Chosen Text For Link{/url}
where the { } is actually [ ]
