Merisiel cringes as Carver moves in and pats the statue. She draws her rapier, ready for an attack by the statue.

"Carver!" Merisiel shouts. "Get back out here--the statue is giving off smoke! I'm guessing none of us are going to want to breath that!" She prepares to close the door again when Carver leaves the room.

"Smoke? What?"

The man is oblivious but he's learned to trust his companions. Merisiel shouts and he obeys as quickly as he can.

The Alchemist isn't sure what will turn out to be illusions are the weirdness by the door, by given the nastiness that has happened to them so far, he isn't willing to sit around and wait. He darts back out of the chamber to avoid the smoke Merisiel is seeing, then does the same thing he did earlier. He throws rocks at the statue and the theoretically real smoke, hoping to detect some non-congruity with reality.

As someone suspected earlier, the three headed dog statue comes to life after smoking for a few seconds. It seems filled with a raging fire, so its eyes glow. But you got a warning and are prepared.
Carver: 1d20+6=19
Merisiel: 1d20+6=11
Fumbus: 1d20+3=9
Dog: 1d20+x=8
Carver, followed by Merisiel and Fumbus
You get three actions each round, ie stride (move) or attack. If you are next to the foe, you get three attacks (at +0, -5, -10, unless you use a weapon with the agile descriptor, like rapier, then it is 0,-4,-8. Bur move-attack-move is also possible. Only fighters get attacks of opportunity at the beginning.
Let us just assume that you start at the entrance of the room, 15 feet away from the dog.

Merisiel says, "Okay, the smoke is clearly not the only danger, but let's not assume it's safe to breath." She pulls out a bandana to try to cover her mouth and nose, before throwing daggers at the stone dog.
Interact: Cover mouth and nose
Strike x 2 with daggers vs. stone dog

Fumbus reverses course and runs back into the room! They're a team, and he won't leave someone to get mauled while he sits idly by. Out comes the odd 'sword' that the goblin wields, and he slashes away at the smoking statue.
Backing up my buddy! Move to the Dog, and attack 2x with my Dogslicer.

Carver has breathed in worse, ask him some time to tell you about his visit to the orcish sauna in Graniteville. Not right now, right now the Butcher draws out his greataxe and presses into the room spreading out a bit from Fumbus. With a few grunts he swings into the lively dog statue as many times as he may.
Move/Draw, Attack as much as I can

Sorry for the delay, I had a heap of work during lockdown and then my wifi broke last week. Works again now.
Carver moves up to the strange dog and hacks at him twice, striking him hard, bits and pieces of hot rock spray around as he hits and his great axe leaves some big cracks in the beast. Merisiel hits it with two daggers and also causes some damage. Fumbus moves to Carver's side, but he fumbles his dogslicer trying to attack and, having lost the concentration, his second slash also goes wide. The dog is badly damaged, but he still manages to breath a cone of fire at Carver and Fumbus! The goblin ducks low and manages to escape most of the heat. Carver presents a bigger target and he takes most of the flames, getting badly burnt.
Carver:
Stride
(actually, drawing a weapom is an action here, but I guess you entered an unknown room with weapons drawn)
Attack: r12+9=21 hit for 11+4=15
Attack: r15+9-5=19 hit for 6+4=10

Merisiel
cover mouth
throw dagger r16+7=23, hit for 1d4 (rolled 1)+2=3 damage.
throw dagger r13+7-4=16 hit for 1d4 (rolled 4)+2=6 damage.

Fumbus:
stride
attack: 1 (fumble, automiss)
attack: 5+6-5=6, miss.

Dog: breathe fire on Fumbus and Carver:
14 damage, ref save tn 18 for half.
Carver: reflex save: 3+7'=10 (full damage)
Fumbus: reflex save: r14+8=22 (half damage)

Dog @ -34
Fumbus: 8/15
Carver: 6/20
Carver, Merisiel, Fumbus...

Merisiel had been prepared to join Carver and Fumbus in melee combat with the stone dog, but the cone of fire made her hesitate. Then she mutters, "Oh hell," and runs towards the dog, drawing her rapier and striking at the creature.
Stride towards the stone dog
Interact: Draw rapier
Attack with rapier vs. stone dog
