I think you just sensed a disturbance in the Force :)

@Wayloss - Seriously, I'm in like 80+ percent of the Games on the Site (either as a player or GM). If it gets you active in the community again, that is far more valuable than me being in like my 20th game. Lol.

Besides, I'm already in a tabletop Star Wars game with GuyWithSword and other friends here in California. I've totally got my Star Wars fix already.

Hmm, given that @Shurijo's character is a former stormtrooper, maybe I'll go with the washed up Jedi instead. Or maybe something altogether different, like a slicer of some sort.

Feel free to go Stormtrooper as well. It's a good idea and there's bound to be more than a few roaming the Outer Rim. I had planned this background since V began thinking about the game and I knew it was one of your 3 ideas, but I didn't want to influence your character since I strongly feel that everybody should play someone they enjoy/want to play. On the other side, if we don't already have a FS, then I think it would be nice to have at least one Force Sensitive on the ship.

I still need to write up a brief backstory, but I was wondering if my character (a Togruta woman called Naomi Vas) could be a stray picked up at some point by the captain. She's spent a fair amount of time working freelance here and there, mostly trying to avoid the Empire, and has aided the Rebellion a few times without quite committing to throwing in her lot with them. Her skills lie mostly in Dexterity- and Perception-related areas, with an emphasis in Sneaking, Persuasion, and some points in Survival, Scholar, and Willpower. She does know First Aid. She's also decent with an elegant weapon for a more civilized age. ^_^

I'm working on my character and I have some questions. I'm using the Failed Jedi template, but the Attributes there seem to add up to only 16D, not 18D. Am I doing the math wrong? Are the extra 2D invested in the Force? Or do I have 2D more to add to my attributes? And if the Force dice don't come from my Attributes, where do they come from? They don't seem to come from skills? Do you just get them for declaring yourself Force sensitive?

Yep the 2d come from attributes. It‘s the only way to start with Jedi training. So it really is 16D & 2D force.

Don't forget that you also get to start with a force power for each of those you begin with.
