Among the intelligence reports, Janos spots an unredacted report about the origin and deeds of Admiral Enigma. The mysterious figure that came to power within the Confederacy from seemingly nowhere. The Admiral seemed to know the Republic's every move and position and lead devastating attacks for months before suddenly disappearing without a trace.
Among the files, Janos also finds holo recordings of Jedi Council meetings from the Jedi Temple. Surprised, he thought those meetings were secret and there would be no way for a recording to take place. As he looks at the data stick, he sees the Republic Intelligence logo and assumes the agency must have been spying on the Council.
One data stick has the Mining Guild's imprint rather than the Republic's seal.

Removing the seal from the Admiral Enigma report, Janos scans the document. It reveals that the Admiral was Jedi Master Quinlan Vos who worked alongside Count Dooku for months. Vos utilized his familiarity with the Republic military to orchestrate a series of victories, quickly becoming one of the the Confederacy's most feared operatives.
Playing the holo recording found on the related disc, Janos watches as Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi stands in front of the Jedi Council saying, "We lost our way. We lost it when we decided to use assassination, a practice so clearly of the dark side, for our own ends... All that has happened since-Vos succumbing to the dark side, the deaths he has directly and indirectly caused, the secrets leaked, the worlds place in jeopardy—all of this can be traced back to that single decision. Masters, I submit to you that Vos's fall was of our making..."
The next entry in the report talks about how the Jedi Order welcomed Quinlan Vos back only to be crossed by him again. Vos provided the Republic and Jedi Order intelligence that an asteroid contained medications, weapons, ship repair materials, and foodstuffs which would be vital to worlds in desperate need. A joint Jedi and Republic force went to capture these supplies and distribute to needy worlds. By seizing these supplies, the Jedi also planned to deny them to the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Before the Jedi and clones could begin loading the supplies, Vos discovered that the Separatists had rigged the entire asteroid to blow up. Unable to disarm the bombs, the Jedi and clones were forced to abandon the asteroid storage base.
To reward Master Vos for saving many lives on the failed asteroid salvage mission, the Jedi Council assigned him to lead an attack on a Separatist listening post on the planet Vanqor. However, Vos informed Count Dooku about the planned Jedi and Republic operation. As a result, the Separatists were able to evacuate the facility before the arrival of the Jedi and clone troopers.
Evidence recovered among the asteroid debris revealed that the bombs were Republic-issue weapons. Windu suspected that Vos had planted those bombs. Yoda discerned that Vos had indeed planted the bombs and was traitor. The Jedi Council sent Vos on a mission to kill Count Dooku in order to test his loyalty to the Jedi and Republic directly causing the Second battle of Christophsis.
After failing to kill Count Dooku and reveal Dooku's master, the Jedi welcomed Vos back into the Order as a Jedi Master.

Unlike the first report, the next report is more current and has some redactions. It is stamped with the Republic Intelligence logo along with the Galactic Senate seal. Another holo record is included along with the written report.
From within the Council Chambers, the first recording shows Jedi Master Ki-Adi-Mundi saying "If he does not give up his emergency powers after the destruction of Grievous, then he should be removed from office." Followed by Jedi Master Mace Windu saying, "The Jedi Council would have to take control of the Senate."
Next, the holo projection illuminates the room showing the Chancellor's office with Chancellor Palpatine and a young male Jedi talking. Janos recognizes the Jedi as Anakin Skywalker, one of the most well-known and successful Jedi Generals of the Clone Wars. Jedi Council Masters Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar, and another Jedi he doesn't recognize, but assumes is another Jedi Master, enters the Chancellor 's room. Their lightsabers ignite and then move fast to attack the Chancellor. But their attacks are cut short when, Jedi Knight Skywalker stops the Jedi Masters saying, "The Chancellor must stand trial." Then Jedi Master Windu replies, "He possesses far too much influence to be left alive." When Windu strikes at the Chancellor, the Skywalker defends the Chancellor.
Janos assumes the Jedi Masters must have clear evidence against the Chancellor, but knows it is unlike the Jedi to kill or assassinate since those are clearly practices of the dark side -- at least that's what he's been taught by these same Jedi Masters. But if they had evidence, why not release it to the public? Why would the Jedi seek to kill the Chancellor rather than have him stand trial?
Included in the report is another document with the Chancellor's signature of a redacted report telling the location of the Separatist leadership council. The document was to be delivered to the Jedi Council and appears to have been sent prior to Jedi Masters' attack in his chambers.
Further reading reveals the Republic Intelligence agency had theories that the Jedi Council wanted to prolong the Clone Wars in order to gain more influence and eventually overthrow the senate. One analysts suggested the Jedi Order sought to use mind control on the senators in order to stabilize the galaxy and use their clones to enforce the commands of the Jedi Order.

The next item was the Mining Guild holo recording. The projection shows Jedi Master and Council member Obi-Wan Kenobi exit a starship on a hellscape planet, which could be Mustafar or one of many others. The projection goes to show Kenobi fighting against Skywalker, who Janos remembers was Obi-Wan's padawan. He watches as Kenobi cuts off Skywalker's arms and legs and leaves him to burn in the lava flow.

The last document outlines even more acts of the Jedi Order that goes against the teachings.
It contained a summary of the Trial of Jedi Padawan Ashoka Tano, which shows how the Jedi wrongly accused and expelled her from the Order. She had been accused of murdering the terrorist who she captured during the investigation of the Jedi Temple hangar bombing. The bombing had killed several Jedi, civilians, and clones. The summary highlighted the hypocrisy of the treatment of Jedi Master Vos, who had committed several crimes and oversaw countless deaths, and was welcomed back to the Jedi Order while the padawan was exiled for a crime she didn't commit.
It also contained documents showing that Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas had requested the creation of the clones with aid of "the Sith". The documents also quote Jedi Master Windu saying, "The revelation would undermine public confidence in the Jedi, the Republic, and the war effort." And Jedi Master Yoda saying, "Inform anyone, the Council will not. Remain secret, the Sith and origin of the clone army will. Inform chancellor, we will not."
Footnotes within the document describe "the Sith" as a secret cabal of Jedi Masters within the Jedi Order and members of the Jedi Council.
Another document showed that Jedi Master Ki-Adi-Mundi suggested that Jedi Master Yoda was "falling to the influence of the dark side."
