Game Begins: Chapter 1

Year 3,634 after the signing of the Treaty of Coruscant (19 BBY)
Year 981 after the Ruusan Reformation (19 BBY)

Siege of Saleucami (Outer Rim Territories, Suolriep sector) - While the siege lasted for months, Jedi are busy subverting the Separatist cloning efforts by sabotaging facilities and destroying unfinished clones. Meanwhile, the Clone Trooper Regiments regroup and resupply.

• Chapter 1B: Onslaught at Boota

Junkfort Station (Outer Rim Territories) - An anonymous source contacts the Jedi Council requesting 1,000,000 credits in spice for a droid that has information specific to the Jedi. The station, under protection of the Separatists, is a well-known smugglers retreat. The Jedi Council dispatches a small team to investigate.

• Chapter 1C: The Droid Defector

Coruscant - Emergency session of the Senate is called.

• Chapter 1D: The Last Days of the Republic

Dathomir - After two failures of the Nightsisters' to assassinate Count Dooku, Dooku dispatched General Grievous to Dathomir in retaliation. The Nightsisters were utterly destroyed and massacred with their fortress left in ruins during the battle.

Chapter 2

Year 3,634 after the signing of the Treaty of Coruscant (19 BBY)
Year 981 after the Ruusan Reformation (19 BBY)
Year 1 of the Imperial Calendar (19 BBY, 1 AFE)

After the Jedi failed to assassinate Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, he issued Order 66. Throughout the galaxy, clones turned and fired on their Jedi Commanders and Generals. Meanwhile, Anakin Skywalker and Clone Troopers killed any and all Jedi while burning the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. Skywalker set the Jedi Temple's beacon to recall all Jedi to the Temple to be slaughtered by the waiting Clone Troopers. Soon thereafter, Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi successfully entered the Jedi Temple and altered the beacon to warn Jedi that the Jedi Order and Republic had fallen.

It’s been nearly one full standard month since the Jedi and younglings arrived on Polis Massa. The Jedi have watched holovids of the Emperor's speech, the ceremony on the steps of the Jedi temple where lightsabers were burned and the Jedi declared enemies of the galaxy. The mining and archeology based on the remote and mostly forgotten plantoid has provided some relief and allowed those wounded to recover. Although, after a few weeks most are becoming bored and anxious to do something... to do anything... to avoid thinking about what may have happened to their friends, mentors, and fellow Jedi.
