Shiloh sighs and says, "I think I'll just stick with Shiloh--it's less confusing that way. I don't want to get in trouble for not paying my way again."

Shiloh joins Quill in approaching Biscuit the hamster. Perhaps she'll learn something useful amidst all his gossip. She says to him, "I'm a bard. I could always use some useful stories. I'm sure you've heard many in your time here. I'd especially be interested in the stories of people who snuck into the Carnival without paying their way, then went on some sort of quest or the like to make up for it and to try to regain what they lost."

Biscuit's Wheel is, well, a wheel, with eight wicker carriages. Biscuit the Hamsters trundles around inside the contraption that turns the wheel, and is an incessant talker. The only relief you get from his chatting is if you share some of your food.

Getting him to talk about anything in particular is hard, as his attention span isn't very good. He's an intelligent hamster, but still the base was a hamster. He goes on about being on the lookout for a kenku troublemaker that's going around magically disguised. Then he shifts over to romance gossip, sharing the Candlefoot the mime (whom you met at the Hall of Illusions) and Palasha the mermaid are in love. He doesn't know why the mime doesn't talk, not quite understanding that that's kind of the point of a mime. But he keeps it up in off-hours too. Dedication to his craft? A curse?

When Shiloh presses Biscuit in what she is actually interested in, he again deflects to gossip. Or does he? He shares that Burly the Bugbear often talks philosophy with one of the gondola swans. That bugbear has brains as well as brawn. More random chatter? Or a hint towards someone who might be able to answer tough questions?
Muskrat - apologies on not answering your query in a timely manner. Better safe than sorry, but you could get away with a Pixie name for as long as you're in your current location.

As for Biscuit's Wheel, the best visual I can come up with is that it's a Ferris Wheel, but instead of rotating via an engine, it is literally a sized-up Hamster Wheel that Biscuit runs along on the inside.

Shiloh makes a mental not to talk to Burly the Bugbear. It may not be a real lead, but it's the best thing she's got right now.

After she gets off the ride, she goes to explore the Pixie Palace.

Quill is just as excited to chat with Biscuit as he is to gossip. A new friend in the animal kingdom is always a welcome occurrence! "I'm leaning toward 'curse', myself. Poor guy. I really hope things work out with the mermaid. They almost sound made for each other. I'd love to meet her!" She is almost as much of a chatterbox around the talking animal, and when it's time to go, she gives him a pickled cucamelon and a cheek pet.

A palace full of tiny flying fae sounds magical, so she joins Shiloh to wander around with her. Maybe they store the wine in there?

"Hey, Shiloh, what are your favorite stories to tell? Do you know any stories about kenku?"

Shiloh groans inwardly as Quill says her name, but keeps a bright, cheerful face on things outwardly. "Do I know a story?" she says as she takes out her fiddle and begins playing and dancing. She then sings a song about a kenku who fancies herself a master swordswoman, but is actually a bumbling fool--but her clumsiness always ends up somehow saving her, as she fumbles so badly her enemies can't predict where she'll fall, so not only do they miss her, but end up impaling themselves on her sword.

"A race it is!" Jack exclaims as he gleefully races around the course with Jeremy. The Harengon takes full use of his keen senses and natural agility to try and outfly his pixie coworker, calling out for Violet to also join the race if she wishes. After the race, Jack will take a more relaxing jaunt around the kingdom on Pinecone.

Once Shiloh manages to get away to explore the Pixie Palace, she finds it a marvel of understated, natural beauty. Somehow managing to weave together old cocoon husks, and making it aesthetically pleasing is no small feat. Pixies are often treated rather dismissively by the bigger races, thinking them only as playful or flighty. But they are as complicated and able as any other people, and here you have an example of painstaking artistry.

Within the miniature Palace are two pixies, one dressed as some fantasy government official, and the other in a huntman's outfit complete with a Robin Hood-esque triangular green felt cap. The 'official' introduces herself as Honeymint, and the 'hunter' as Starbug. They first invite Shiloh, and then also the others to a game of hide-and-seek within the confines of the Pixie Kingdom. Honeymint will supervise while Starbug seeks! The one who manages to stay hidden the longest gets a prize!
You are invited to join a game of Hide-And-Seek. Not mandatory, just let me know if you want to participate. There's no penalty for getting caught, just a prize for staying hidden the longest. The default skill is Wisdom (Stealth), although I'm open to alternatives if you give a good reason. Such as getting help, choosing a specific location, modifying the environment, etc.

Shiloh says, "I'll gladly play ..." then pauses to look at everyone. "... if everyone promises not to say my name for the duration of the game. It wouldn't be fair if I was forced to give away my hiding spot."

Quill, for her part, listens intently to the story, trying to suss out a moral in it, and otherwise seems kinda deaf to the music. Once it is over, she compliments Shiloh on the story beats. Later, she grins competitively at the Pixies' invitation. "Count me in."

When the bard gives her condition for joining the game, she nods twice in succession. "Sure. We all, uh... Yes." Quill rubs her neck. "Sorry. I was just so excited after meeting Biscuit, that I forgot."
Stealth 22, for the game. And...

Spell: Silent Image
I'm going to try and use my cantrip to lure them away if they're getting too close to me.

Shiloh says to Quill, "No harm done. But saying my name during hide-and-seek would be cheating. But please do use my name sparingly while we're at this fair, even when we're not playing hide-and-seek. I don't want to have to start dancing and singing every time we have a conversation. My legs and voice will get tired."
