Gorrick stands by to help with any work that needs to be done. While Grong and Leclerc sort out performance to hold next, he periodically pauses to look around, trying to spot any further attempts to sabotage the circus.

Gorrick observes the crowd as the Main Act is being figured out and set up. His keen eyes notice potential trouble brewing from another pair of attendees. Rather than a trio of drunkards, these two appear to be a married pair, jeering and hollering from their seats. They deride and scoff at every trick, no matter how successfully performed. He can see that other audience members seated nearby are annoyed and ask them to be quiet, but they crudely respond with rather vile epithets. This cows the complainers, but that doesn't seem to satisfy the aggressive pair. Punches haven't been thrown yet, but Gorrick has seen enough in his life to know that if he or someone else doesn't intervene within the next few minutes, a one-sided brawl will be erupting.

Grong and Leclerc ...

How easy would it be for Gorrick to work his way through the crowd to the troublemakers with Ozo the bear accompanying him?

Gorrick gestures Ozo to follow him and, with a deep breath, he wends his way through the crowd to the two trouble-makers. When he reaches them, he says in a voice just audible above the crowd, "I'm going to have to ask you to leave. You're ruining the performance for the other audience members." He gestures again to Ozo, who rears up, displaying his fangs and claws, though not making any move that looks like an attack yet.
Ozo: Intimidation

Gorrick guides his bear through the crowd, which part happily thinking this is just part of the show. When they get to the married jerks, he attempts to use himself and his animal companion to unsubtly suggest they get the hell out of there.
Ozo - Intimidation: 12+2 = 14, Failure.
The pair take the hint, they just don't care. Perhaps they don't believe that Gorrick will back up his words with action, or they're too drunk to assess properly, or maybe something else. But regardless, they stand up from their seats and advance with fists ready.
Party can go first, then the Married Drunks. As experienced performers, you know that if you can keep things to the nonlethal level (punches and stuff), people will cheer on one or the other party, and otherwise count it as extra entertainment. If it goes lethal (slashing out their guts, for example), then that will horrify them.

Can Ozo make nonlethal attacks? Or is that beyond his abilities?

Gorrick is in tune with his animal companion. Ozo is not just some beast that he has cowed into submission, he is a trusted friend, and the bear knows that. The ranger pantomimes to his companion to hit just with the pad of his arms rather than the claws, and the animal understands.
Gorrick - Nature: 15+6 = 21, Success! Ozo will attack Non-Lethally.

Gorrick sighs and says softly, "Please remember that you are the ones who decided to get into a fight with a bear." He gestures to Ozo, who proceeds to club one of the two thugs with his paws, but not slashing them with his claws. Gorrick balls up his fists and strikes at the other one.
Action 1: Ozo attacks vs thug 1
Action 2: Gorrick attacks vs thug 2
Action 3: Ozo attacks vs thug 1

Fists (and paws) begin flying in the stands, as the nearby patrons scoot aside to make room. Gorrick and Ozo give better than they get, but everyone is coming out of it with bruises and split lips.
It looks like I didn't explain the Action Economy clearly enough, so I'll take your intent and make you even awesome-r with the system.

Gorrick (3 Actions):
- Command an Animal (Ozo attacks Thug 1)
- Strike Thug 2 w/ Fists: 22, Hit for 6 Damage.
- Strike Thug 2 w/ Fists (-4 for Agile 2nd Attack): 10, Miss.

Ozo (gets 2 Actions because he was Commanded this round)
- Strike Thug 1 w/ Paws (Non-Lethal Claw): 21 Hit for 7 Damage.
- Strike Thug 1 w/ Paws (Non-Lethal Claw) (-4 for Agile 2nd Attack): 15, Hit for 7 Damage.

Thug 1 = -14 HP
Thug 2 = -6 HP

Thug 1 (3 Actions):
- Strike Ozo (Fist): 16, Hit for 4 Damage
- Strike Ozo (Fist #2): 13, Miss
- Strike Ozo (Fist #3): 6, Miss

Thug 2 (3 Actions):
- Strike Gorrick (Fist): 24, Hit for 7 Damage
- Strike Gorrick (Fist #2): 10, Miss
- Strike Gorrick (Fist #3): 15, Miss

--- Note that you don't need to roll a Nat 20 to Crit Hit, or a Nat 1 to Crit Fail in PF 2E. If you succeed/fail by 10 or more, then it's a Critical for good or bad. So by doing the 3rd Attack they significantly increase their chance of Critically Failing because of the -10 (or -8 for Agile) to their Strike. Too bad they didn't roll quite badly enough to show that in action.

Gorrick = 15/22 HP
Ozo = 12/16 HP

Gorrick pauses and says, "Now, will you be willing to leave?" He gestures to Ozo who growls menacingly. "Or at least continue this fight somewhere else more dignified?"
Ozo: Intimidation 2. I'm hoping the fact that they've just been attacked by the bear will lower the target number.
