Zenith heralded the dawn of a new era – and the Horizon blossomed once again. Three dozen star systems, linked by fate and by the will of the Icons, wandered together towards a brighter future. But as the Emissaries arrived, the happy days drew to a close, and the Dark between the Stars slowly came creeping back.

Basil cusses loudly and races forward to beat the ice, thankfully his tricky leg pulls through and doesn't give him any trouble.

While Fayz' hulking mass could never be confused for that of an acrobat, the soldier was quick in a scramble. He manages to bull rush the rest of the way as the ice starts to close in.

You feel the vibrations as the huge chunk of ice slides down the spine of the ship slowly disappearing below the walkway, narrowly missing you on it's way. You can see the structure has take a bit of a beating, but seems otherwise sound. Thousands of tiny ice crystals float around, having been shaved off when the ice chunk was released. Accident, or otherwise?

Zaynab looks at the huge piece of ice slide away. She replies to Basil by saying, "Yes, but by who? And why?" She pauses for a moment then says, "We might learn something if we go inspect the part of the hull the ice came loose from. Or we could be walking into a trap. Which I suppose would be something we could learn from."

You walk a little further along the spine of the ship as the giant chunk of ice slowly starts to disappear into the blackness of space as the ship maintains its course towards the asteroid field.

Can you all make an Observation skill check please?

- Pushed the 'Pray to the Icons' button: 1,1,3,4,6 = 1 Success, but if I remember the rules correctly the two 1's cause some unpleasantness for me?
