Actually "Brannon" means "Lord" in one of Tolkien's elvish languages. Think it's Sindar. I think the word is a variant for a more common term, so it's not as well known. Plus I thought it sounded very classy and regal.

The game I was talking about, the cops, etc, was a GURPS game. It was a blend of horror and drama.

if I don't remember totally wrong the character Brannon is also mentioned in the forgotten realms somewhere...basically in the dark elf trilogy. Either way, welcome! Pleased to see new members!
