I'm Montaigne, I live in Pennsylvania, and have a stupid amount of free time (prepping for grad school leaves me free at odd hours) and going on thirty years' gaming experience. I lean towards the "Sneaky/Curious" type of player, with shades of the Fancy.
I'm looking to participate in nearly anything, from Dogs in the Vineyard to Savage Worlds or HEX, other than Pathfinder (I <3 Pathfinder, but it is the one game I am running IRL). WARNING:
I tend to play gnomes. Chaotic neutral gnomes. With explosives, poisoned gas globes, and little to no sense of self-preservation.
Dogs in the Vineyard. Wow. Now that's a game system I didn't think to hear about on the site. What a depressing setting. But I'm impressed at your gaming knowledge that you know about it.
In any case, welcome. Take a look at the Master Game List to see if there's anything with an opening. We tend to have a lot of Pathfinder games on the site. But we also have lots of other varieties. Hopefully you'll find something that piques your interest.
