I appreciate it! I'm mostly in an ASOIAF mood, though, is the thing. Got a couple goodies for it at GenCon, started up a campaign for my buddies face-to-face, that's the groove I'm in, y'know?

If ASOIAF is your jam then I'd start thinking of a character for Blood For Gold. The game is set 5 years before the break out of the 5th Blackfyre Rebellion. We're a bunch of sellswords and our leader hasn't gotten us killed yet. Well, some of the NPCs but that's beside the point. lol

Looks like y'all are kinda in the middle of something right now. Might be kinda weird to try and fold someone in right in the middle of a ship-to-ship battle, so I'm content to read up and wait.

The welcome thread looks like the place you can do that, that's where I started. We don't know anything about the enemy crew, so it might not be outside the realm of possibility for you to be one of the surviving crew members if they surrender, or a captive of theirs below decks (soldier, slave, etc)
