um....hello
Noob post.
I just joined a One Ring group on Fantasy Grounds and then got the hard sell to try the play by post as well
I'm game (see what I did there) to try anything so here I am.
Late 40s male, computer gamer since like 10 years old. Yes Tunnels of Doom on the Ti-994A was my first CRPG
I played a lot more CRPGs (Betrayal at Krondor, etc.) but dabbled in Pen and Paper in High School. I don't think I ever did actual D&D but remember Michael Moorcock's Stormbringer and a Marvel comic one. Since then I play a lot of board games but just dipping my toe in pen and paper RPGs again after 35 years or so. I'm going to regret wasted time again.
Currently playing One Ring as above as well as Thunderstone Quest on Tabletop Simulator in between computer games and books. I'm an empty nester now so a lot more free time.
Im feeling a steep learning curve coming up.....

As a dad with a 4-year old, I may be hitting an empty-nester up for parenting advice. Even if that weren't the case, always happy to welcome somebody new!

Glad to have you on board! If you're interested, I've got openings in my Mage campaign, and wouldn't object to another in my Starfinder game as well.
