Doctor Doom. He's so villainous that he doesn't even have an actual doctor's degree. Except an honorary one from Latveria U. But that doesn't count. And still, no one debates his degree at all. (Or rather I cannot remember an instance of it.)

The most annoying guy at work always does on 5 minute cigarette break every fifteen minutes leaving you to do the workload while he gloats how clever he is to do that and that he deserves the breaks.
