A Shattered Kingdoms Campaign

Post by TetNak » Mon May 02, 2016 11:00 pm

In the depths of the Red Keep a monstrosity was born of a dying brute.

When Robert Strong emerged from those dungeons it did not take the war long to employ his trade. He killed, murdered, and maimed all for Cersei Lannister and her son, Tommen, the King. Eventually, the animal bit his master and killed Tommen Baratheon in a brutal rage.

Ran from the city, Robert Strong threw off his disguise and showed himself as the horror formerly known as the Mountain, Gregor Clegane. For the last thirty years, the Mountain never ages, never stops his reign of terror, killing, raping, and worse ...

He and his men ravage Westeros and no army can stop them. For as his men die, others flock to Gregor's banner ... they grow stronger and stronger as the Houses of Westeros begin to crumble and falter.

Can you stop this menace? Will you have the mettle?

Would this be a more 'higher level' adventure? I believe dear old Ned as an older Knight could see the value of putting an end to a mad dog like the Mountain...

A Shattered Kingdoms Campaign

I might give out some XP. Although, I don't want to use previous guys. It will be happening at the same time as the last SK campaign, so I want to save those guys for potential further campaigns. Though I could possible see it, remotely. I have some ideas about putting some new spin on things. Like now the Night's Watch has turned into more a vigilante justice system (kinda like the Brotherhood). Ideas are turning.

I will start on something this weekend.
Asad Uller - Blood for Gold, Brayden Weathers - Shattered Kingdoms, Marshal Buckler - War without End, Ragnar - Dawn of Days, Henry Mallister - Shattered Kingdoms

Popping in while I can. Down for it. Seems very slashy-stabby. What is the tone of the campaign going to be? It seems there will be less house building and alliance forming and more a quest of knights errant.

House building no, but there will be plenty of opportunities for intrigue. But complete wimps might be in trouble
