I think one thing that might help, @Shurijo, is that this is simply a scenario, not a complete game. I don't know how it will go, but I assume it will last one chapter or so.

If you haven't noticed the OOC for Massacre has been created. It's contained within ASOIAF: Shattered Kingdoms.

Start perusing characters as I get things up and running. Let me know what questions/thoughts you have.
