Interest Check: Delta Green?/CoC Game

So i've been reading through the wonderful "Till The Boys Come Home" thread and i found a lot of inspiration for a different type of game using Delta Green which if i remember correctly runs of the CoC 7th edition handbook. Anyway the game would be based of two highly covert operations done by the CIA, Project Paperclip and Operation Blue Book, the idea would be for the PCs to be the initial class of what would eventually become thee CIA's top secret occult research team. The game would play out more in an investigative manner rewarding players for stringing clues together and solving cases, the game would take place in the late 50's or early 60's. While i am not entirely familiar with the CoC system from what i've been reading it is a fairly simple and straightforward system that lends itself to a host of interesting situations, before embarking into creating this i would like to gauge people's interest level so i can make a decision.

Would anyone be interested in this game if ran in a different platform? Maybe Conspiracy X, i just got it and it would be a perfect fit.

Conspiracy X is a X Files type game, technically it would be a perfect system for this, anyway, i would love to do this, but we need more people.
