I found some premade characters online. They are all on level 1. So I will rework Butcher to lvl one, and everyone else gets to choose from the premade ones. Of course you can change name or gender to fit what you would like.

Carver the Butcher? He's a Expert, you know, he works in the deli and prepares meat for people to eat!

Actually he's a half orc fighter.
