I wanted to see how much interest there is for a Runequest game open to those familiar or unfamiliar with the setting and system.
Originally published in 1978, Runequest is one of the oldest games still in production. It uses Chaosium's Basic percentile system, so if you have played Call of Cthulhu, Storm Bringer, Elf Quest, or Pendragon, then you are already familiar with the fundamental system mechanics for Runequest.
By way of personal testimonial: I am a gaming veteran of over 30 years and of the 25+ gaming systems I am familiar with, Runequest's system places somewhere in my top 5. While Glorantha, the campaign setting for Runequest, is hands down my all-time favorite roll playing destination.
