Ok all! I have finished the food budget!
The following is the cost- we will provide regular beverages such as Ice T and lemonade and sodas. We will not provide alcohol- please bring your own if you would like it.
the current food budget (which includes lots of food for everyone!) is 450$ for the party. This breaks down to a whole weekend of food for 22.50$ per person. If you are eating the whole weekend- if you are only going to join us for a day or so of meals- then it will be scaled down to what you are actually going to eat.
Pre-registration is on! If we can get everything cheaper- then there will be more food and snack options open.
I do have a breakdown, but it's a long list- I can pm if you'd like it.

Also, if there's anything that people want that might be easier to get in VA than in NY, let me know and I'll pick it up. I can't think of anything, but you never know.

So Speak up allergies!!! We can't be blamed for killing someone if we didn't know you were allergic. we have many ways of keeping things from being made together- and can change something if it's a problem.

Could you list the menu items? I'd like to volunteer to make/prep one or two if possible. Also... earlier on the thread Brennor mentioned lasagna on Sunday is that still the deal Brennor? I was going to have small dinner at our house Friday night for those who would be spending the night (no charge)- if that's cool Trogdor and ? - I was thinking fish eye soup to start.... .

I'm just going to assume that the 'fish-eyes" in the soup are something else, and that the name is used for its shock effect. (The alternative is too horrible to contemplate!)
