It's 75$ per day for the shelters at those parks. Currently Otsinango and Greenwood are free on Saturdayand Sunday - Cole is free on Sunday.
Advantage of Greenwood - pretty and water, boating (proabably not a big deal). Disadvantage - 40 minute drive.
Advantage of Otsinango - close, pretty enough.
Advantage of Cole - 20 minute drive, pretty.
All cost the same for the holiday weekend. If we reschedule for during the week it's 20 bucks a day.

Ah! I misunderstood. I thought you'd meant something like an outside chance.

most of hte ones i've spoken to are 75$ an hour... which is heinous. The elks lodge was going to be 75$ a day as well and we would have been kicked out prior to dark on saturday.
We would have longer to do things. There is also the idea of a tent type thing if anyone has a yard large enough. it's another option. I'm still calling but i've only heard no's or 150$ a day...

An excellent idea has been presented...
Circus tent rental, with walls and such. Placement in a local yard with room. We have lots of people with lamps, chairs and tables (or further rental.) This option gives us a great option as we have no time limit at night or in the morning, and plenty of fun room.
We are looking into placement and cost as we speak.

Great news!!! Due to the generosity of Jiggly and his Lovely wife- Isabel. Brenn conn 2008 now have a location!
There will be house rules posted here and at the house. We will be renting a tent (with sides) in which to hold our festivities.
