So a 15x15 is 89$ and a 20 x 20 is 110$.

I just spoke to the rental place, the price is for the weekend, it costs 45$ for deliever, set up and pick up. They bring it Friday and pick it up Tuesday (cause of the holiday).

So we could get the 20x20 for 155 for the whole weekend with set up and delievery. Or of course the slightly smaller one 15x15 for 134. Sides cost extra... 11$ for 30ft of sides.

After some price checking and some convo on the channel, we are good to go at jigglypuff69's location.

We will be getting a 20x20 tent with sides for the gaming area, we will have several side sunshades for cover over the food, etc.

With the sides, the price should run 177$ with set up Friday and break down Tuedasy (they don't work on Labor Day, go figure).

I have secured the tenting for the party.

20ft x 30ft party tent, with 80ft of sides, this leaves one 20ft section open. We also will have a nice lighting globe hanging from the middle for nightime lighting.

I will be contacting local folks about getting tables, chairs, coolers, extra lighting like tiki torches or lanterns, extra sun shades for out by the BBQ, propaine tanks, perhaps a second BBQ even for speedy cooking, and I'll bring my backyard firepit (good thing JP is a fireman!).

We should do what I did last year and come up with crash spot lists. Who can take how many ect, private space for couples, yadda yadda.
