Brencon 2009: Food money collection

If you are planning on attending and you are planning on eating you need to contribute the low low cost of $25 for the entire weekend. If you only want to eat for one day then the cost is $10.

$25 gets you:
Friday night: Theme night food by Connie

Saturday:
morning baked goods
lunch make your own sandwiches, fruit tray
dinner marinated meat on a stick, potato salad, pasta salad

Sunday:
morning baked goods
lunch make your own sandwiches, potato salad, pasta salad
dinner sausage lasagna, garlic bread, salad
also assorted non-alcoholic drinks for the weekend
(you may purchase and bring your own alcohol for onsite consumption)

You may pay by paypal NON credit card transaction $25 to brennor@brennor.dyndns.org
if you are paying by credit card transaction within the US $26.10 to rick.pufky@brennor.dyndns.org. The extra is to cover trasaction fees. Outside the US to rick.pufky@brennor.dyndns.org: $26.33
Or if you are in the Binghamton area you can drop off a check or cash, prior to Brencon.

Those wanting to pay upon arrival will be charged $30, cash or check.

While we are talking Money...

This year there is a 3$ charge, this 3$ covers the cost of some of the logistics of the event, as well as get yous this years Specialty BrenCon Item, a Brennor's Bumpersticker with orginial art by one of our very own. The Bumpersticker (or stick it where ever you want) is well worth the 3$ alone!

You can pay at the door, OR if you are not coming to BrenCon and want one of these one of a kind pieces of Brennor's Memorabilia you can contact me and you can buy one directly!

Supplies are limited, so those people who have offically signed up for BrenCon or the BrenCrawl get reserved item, anything left over is fair game after that!


Also remember to bring your 1$ bills for the raffle (and Brennor's G-String) to the event so you can get in on some of the great raffle items. All proceeds of the raffles go to getting the UPS and to support out online fees for running the place. Your help is greatly appreciated.

okay- so V suggested 2 good options on what the cake should look like.

1- a 6 sider die

2- the players handbook. ~keep in mind that any of the book choices are possible- but will likely die your faces- unless it's the xcrawl book which is largely white but still has lots of black writing.

Not too hard. I have square pans If i were crazy i'd be like 20 sider! or an 8sider... which would be freaking sweet

but i frankly doubt my ability to balance it for an 8 sider and not have it collapse...

Though I'm happy just with a sheet cake with not so fancy as last year's icing... Though last year's cake was definitely teh awesome!
