Just went through the BrenCon stash.

We've got hundreds of forks and spoons and knives (~150-200 of each spoons/forks, about 400 knives). so as long as we aren't each going through 10 forks/spoons/knives a day we'll have enough for everyone to enjoy a few meals over the weekend.

There are also a hundred or so (smallish) cups, so good there too. Some of them are the Dunkin' Donuts cups from a couple of years ago, so suitable for coffee.

I need to pick up some paper plates because there are only about 15 left.

We can add in a big pack of napkins and little kid birthday party hats ;) Plus cups and more silverware if we really needed it.

Napkins are always good! Gotta protect those character sheets somehow. I'm also currently planning on bring a roll of paper towels, but we'll see if I actually remember it once the Con gets here.

Cups probably won't hurt, especially if you've got some of the not-so-dinky ones.

I picked up a roll of raffle tickets. $10 for 2000 of them. That should serve us for several more years.

Looking like 15$ per person for the entrance fee.

Food might be around the same, but we don't really have a total for that yet.

FYI: I have the 10ft pop up sun shade in my posession now so that will make it to the Con again as we talked about Bren and JP.

Yeah, sorry. I only gave the total for the tent earlier in the thread. $15/each for the tent rental... if we get more than 15 people paying for the weekend, I'll see what it works out to each.

As for the food, I'm not in charge of that and a price hasn't been set. Since there is a buffet involved, I'd say to budget $25-$30 per person for food for the weekend.
