Bumping this again, since I don't think we have a final decision yet.

Current running suggestion is the weekend of July 28, which I will not be able to attend, but if that works well for everyone else... oh well.

weekend of june 23rd? (happy birthday to me!) this would be the same weekend as last year, but also graduation weekend, when the hotels are problematic.

Hmmm, that's what I get for not going back far enough. You had said "My July is clear." so threw me off, but then it wasn't.

I can do June 23rd also. Was there issue with that for some folks being at the end of a school year?

For me. But I'm not as important for BrenCon as Bit. I'm quite sure I won't make it in June. How's late August or September again?

I'll stay out of it, I can do any time just about. Not around July 14th, and I vote for late spring/summer time/early fall (tent!)

August and September should be fine for me in general, except for Labor Day Weekend. With a family, specifics can come up closer to the date. But there's no way to effectively plan for that this far in advance.

That'd be good, because I found the summers of 2009 and 2010 quite hot though we met inside so it was fine. But I have no idea if that us the usual weather around early September.

August wouldn't be the best for me, too close to my big vacation, but I can cope.

July 27-August13 is totally out for me.

September is empty except for Labor Day weekend.

Also, Haya is wrong. I'm no more essential to Brencon than Tet is.
