Has a consensus been reached about cost to get into Brencon this year? I like to plan thing that involve money, seeing as I have very little of it.

Figure 25$ and if it ends up being less we will refund your money. This covers your entrance fee (the tent!) and your food ticket.

Food is mentioned in another thread I think, but just to reiterate:
The meal ticket includes
Sat Lunch
Sat Dinner
Sun Lunch
Sun Dinner
Food consists of hamburgers, hotdogs, Spiedies, various salads (mac, pasta, potato, etc)
Bring your own snack/junk food to add to the community pot. Then you can take from anything on the table. Same for drinks, we will have drinks there, but gamers tend to drink ALOT so adding a donation of drinks to the pot would also be great. Or if you only drink some wierd Hoarfrost Wine from Age of Ice better bring your own. Booze is not provided (and we expect folks to be moderate in their drinking -- its a family affair, kids are around, neighbors, etc - It has never been a problem cause we are all such awesome people but I like to just drop the disclaimer anyhow).
Breakfast is up to you or your hosts if you are crashing someplace.
Monday morning we hit a local dinner as a big group before people head out, that's a separate expense.

You can't play straight when you're drunk. I was in a group that did that. The beginning was okay but after an hour it turns into crude jokes.

Anyway, I'll be posting the details of my flight in an upcoming vacation-post but just to bring it up again: It's the plan to arrive on Thursday, not Friday in BGM at 7PM-ish. And I try to have any more expenses for the short vacation I'll be taking. So... my question is: Will someone be able to pick us up then?
