(I continue to encourage B to use some of the money to help pay for the internet connection and electrical bills he pays for, but so far he won't do it.)
Without the raffles and stuff this year he's going to have to since that previous was the best way to fund the yearly costs. Just do it Bren. We all approve.

So no mention of who was there or what games you played? In all honestly this sounds, and I've been calling it such, BitCon, since it wasn't really BrenCon since no site stuff was had, either way, according to my chat with Pyg it was much fun !

A ton of games were played. These are just the ones off the top of my head (in no particular order):
  • Pandemic
  • Guillotine
  • Space Alert
  • King of Tokyo
  • Neuroshima Hex
  • Tsuro
  • Bohnanza
  • Zooleretto
  • Bang
  • Zombie Dice
  • Betrayal at House on the Hill
  • On the Dot
  • Tiddlywinks
  • Medici
  • Ticket to Ride: Europe
  • Fluxx
  • Zombie Fluxx
  • Pirate Fluxx
  • Puerto Rico
  • Take it Easy
  • Rumis
  • Dominion
  • Golem Arcana
  • Shadowrun: Crossfire
Of the above, Betrayal at House on the Hill had the most plays with 4 that I can recall. I believe that there was another play that occurred as well. Multiple other games were also played a few times, but none to the repeat level as betrayal.

Still working on recollection. I'm sure that there are some games I've missed in the above listing.

As far as not doing site stuff this year, I had brought a couple of things for a raffle table and one item for auction table, but decided not to do it because it would have been slim since the 2 people that used to provide 75% or so of the auction table are no longer active. Not sure why the BitCon label though, it was still a site-based event.

Anyone have to play Doomtown: Reloaded?

Cause there were what, 2 active RPs from the site there, You (Eclipse) and Wayloss (M&M) other than that no one who plays there is all. Not Site fund raising, etc, etc..

Also hear great things about Conquest.

Yes. I saw Conquest is now set to 'shipping' by FFG. Should be out soon.

Nope, didn't have Doomtown there, though I've heard good things too. Right now playing with Shadowrun: Crossfire and Golem Arcana as my new board games.

I caw SR: Crossfire someplace, I instantly thought of you Bren. Any good?

I need a new good casual/semi-more intense (on the spectrum of Ticket to Ride) game for 4-6 players, and suggestions?

Yeah I guess that's a decent one, I think only goes up to 4 players, maybe more with an expansion. Looking for something else. Other ideas?
