It is the very near future and terrorist organizations have banded together to create a border-less nation-state. Held together by a radical ideology the Army of God has branched to every corner of the globe and includes members of domestic terrorism units from each of the first world nations. This new threat has received little attention on the national stage for fear of the mass panic which such a well developed organization would cause and the United Nations has expanded its efforts to deal with the situation diplomatically. The United States, on the other hand, is not so willing to sit back and allow her safety to be compromised.
This game has a slightly different feel to it than many others of the combat focused d20's which many people are likely familiar with. Under a heavily modified Storyteller-screen the game is controlled to account for aspects of real life style conflict resolution (shooting people). Players can expect for combat to be an ever present feature of the game however each individual encounter will be fast, brutal and to the point. Do not mistake the rules in the fancy book for what will pass as strategy in the eyes of your GM (US Army Infantry).

Employs highly demanding conventional and high-risk unconventional warfare tactics and techniques in the employment of individual domestic, foreign small arms, light and heavy crew served weapons, anti-aircraft and anti-armor weapons. Supervises and performs construction of hasty fortifications and controls execution of tactical conventional and unconventional operational employment and functioning of all types of U.S. light weapons (up to and including 50 cal MG), U.S. heavy weapons (up to and including the 4.2in and 120mm mortar and 106mm RR), man-portable air defense weapons and U.S. anti-armor weapons (including anti-tank missile systems), to perform tactical operations. Maintains proficiency with the employment and functions of all foreign high-density light and heavy weapons, man-portable air defense and anti-armor weapons. Evaluates terrain, selects weapons emplacements, sites, and assigns targets and areas of fire. Reads, interprets, and prepares combat orders.

Manages detachment, allied, or indigenous patient's, administration, admission and discharge, care, laboratory and pharmacologic requirements and the initiation, maintenance and transfer of records. Orders, stores, catalogs, safeguards and distributes medical supplies, equipment and pharmaceutical. Supervises medical care and treatment during split detachment missions. Operates a combat laboratory and treats emergency and trauma patients in accordance with established surgical principles. Diagnoses and treats various medical dermatologic, pediatric, infectious and obstetric conditions using appropriate medications, intravenous fluid support and physical measures. Develops and provides medical intelligence as required.
