ATC UFO-Pedia

This small blue hand book has "ATC" stamped in big bold letters across the top of it. Under the "ATC", in smaller yellow print, "UFO-Pedia" is written.

You open the first page of the book...

The paper in side of the 50 some book is thin and printed in block letters.
"Humans as a whole know very little about Aliens. We do not know where they came from. The capacity of there minds or technology.

What we do know is that want Earth, for reasons un-known to the human race. We can only speculate as to the reasons Aliens would want Earth. One thing that we do know, they will take it hostilely. "

This dry introduction goes on for many pages about what they Could want or what they Could do. It occurs to you that this guy doesn't seem to know more then you do...

The next section has some pictures of Aliens and some things that the aliens were carrying. After looking at the pictures of the Aliens, you cant help to think about all the people that claimed to be abducted and no one believed them.

"This Alien is know as a Sectoide or "Gray", as they have come to been known in slang terms. It stands between three feet to fore feet in height. Their bodies are very underdeveloped but there minds are extremely over developed. From the very few bodies recovered, it is obvious that they are as fragile, if not more, as humans are. Its getting past the technology that is the problem. Once accomplished, they are easily broken.

The large black eyes on their heads seem to allow them to see in the dark, as if it was light out. They have very few life supporting organs in side of them. In fact, we are sure that they would not live very long out side of the life support suits that they wear.

Grays are very venerable to head shots and brain damage. That really seems to be the most effective way of killing Sectoide's, seeing that the body does not house very many organs. Large vains run in there thin neck and armpitts that would be a good target as well. The only other real vulnerability is there lungs in mid chest. These, however, are protected by a tick and large septum."

the rest of the information in this sections is bland and mostly about how they do not have any real organs but lungs, heart and a brain. Scientists assume that they communicate using telepathic means.

"The basic design of Sectoide's tell us that they are genetically enhanced by, most likely, a higher race. They must be the foot soldiers for someone else."

In the next sections of the manual are a few more pictures of the weapons that the Aliens were toting. Showing multiple forms of pistols, you'd assume, they are titled as "laser weapons". The book states that they are currently being researched by ATC to be used against the Alien races, but they have not effectively reproduced the weapons effects. Seems that they are still missing a power sorce of the weapons. Statements in the book mention something about a UFO power sorce that would be very useful for recharging the weapons or making a powerful portable 'battery'.

"The tactics used by the Aliens to this point have been mainly seen as swarming. They do not seem to have any sort of Tactics at all. From the looks of the battles taken place, the Grays are random and un-trained."

There is not much more of interest in this book...
