Diplomacy 2

Diplomacy is a strategic board game. Its main distinction from most board wargames is negotiation: Players spend much of their time forming (and betraying) alliances with other players. Set in Europe just before the beginning of World War I , Diplomacy is played by seven players, each controlling the armed forces of a major European power.

By the way this game is utterly frustrating, things like sempai's failure to get moves in on time, my continual screw up of sending my orders in after looking at my moves and talking about them for an hour, I still manage to send in my PM with miss typed things.

ie Kiel suported Kiel! Wooo that was great, so because of that Russia took Munich. This is my last game, I can't stand making dumb mistakes like that, which are not tactical moves, but bad typing.

My wife was getting all upset Friday because I told her I needed ~45 minutes to post orders before we could go to dinner.

It is loads of fun, but it takes longer than I expected.

...In a last act of defiance pope not so innocent the first had the people of Italy switch the labels of their vino with those of urine samples from the communicable diseases labratory. Saying that the english, french, and turks probably wouldn't even notice the difference...

England Praises Italian Wine as "kinda spicy, but still good"

Turkey enjoys the wine... but for some reason it reminds them of Walrus Piss.

I'm sorry to say this, but there might be a bit of a delay this round. Please do still send me your orders on time, but as I am in a big heap of work this weekend, there is a chance that I might be only able to calculate the moves Sunday night (Eastern Time).

Still: Deadline is today!

I suggest everyone skuttle their fleets, and gas their own units so that England can win. Thank you. ;)
