I realize that its the software doing it, not you. Not a big deal.

Sure, but if there is something you want to know, I can try and try and explain or (if I do not know) I could look it up in the rules.

I'm fine waiting. Sorry I couldn't get a reply in sooner.

I will have to take a closer look at the previous moves. I had been a little suprised that St. Petersburg hadn't been taken, but I never read the individual moves.

A note about cutting support that I confirmed in the rulebook:

You can not cut support from the province that the support is trying to attack.

If A is supporting B in an attack on C, then C cannot attack A to cut support. Diagram 16 (Pg 12) gives an clear example.

Yeah, I read it now, Galen, you are absolutely right, I was mistaken. Things are more complicated than they seem... Sorry for the wrong information.

Note: We will wait for Sempai to come back. As soon as I hear from him, the next deadline will be announced.

So really then, seems like St.Petersburg should have fallen sooner.... oh well.

I am not sure, I guess the Swedish attacks on Norway cut the support most of the time... And Sweden can cut the support for an attack on StP. But I may be mistaken. Probably you could write a PHD on this...

At the moment I do not have the time for another round. I also liked it. Perhaps someone else wants to run a round of Diplomacy? I would probably take part... With the software it is pretty easy... nudge nudge...
