The house. This house was gifted to the party for their heroic deeds in the Carnival of Tears. It was once owned by people that died in the carnival but it has long since needed repair.
Image
Made of smooth stone blocks, this building stands in shambles. Thick vines creep up the sides and most of the windows are broken. the front door hangs open, barely on its hinges, under a sagging and partially collapsed porch.

The two exterior doors are damaged, but are still sound and possibly repairable. Celevan pushes through the doors into the first floor with some folks in tow.

Small mounds of debris litter the floor of the building's interior. Loose stones, dead weeds, and grime cover virtually every surface. Paintings must have once adorned the place as indicated by the particular stain patterns marring the wall. The only light comes from thin shafts sneaking in from outside illuminating clouds of dust dancing through the stale air.

The first floor consists of five chambers, the largest of these is the living room, part of which has completely collapsed. Directly to the right of the living room space is what was once an office. The bookshelves and desk have thoroughly rotted and what few tomes and forest maps remain are ruined and illegible. Adjoining the living room is a sizable dining room. Any furniture that remains in the room is completely soiled and worthless. The kitchen contains and actual fire pit, but the chimney is blocked and must be cleared before it can be used. The pantry, attached to the kitchen, has a number of empty and broken shelves along with two empty barrels,. A staircase in the living room is choked with debris and leads to the remains of the second floor. Another in the kitchen leads to the crude cellar.

The second floor of the manor is in complete ruins. Although there is no roof in the current state, the floor above prevents most of the rainwater from leaking into the first floor.

You shake your heads and check out the basement next. The cellar is partially collapsed, but stable at the current time. Along one wall, a crumbling wine rack still stands, a single lone bottle sits forgotten on the stand. Around the base however is a pile of broken glass and empty bottles. A set of stairs leads out of the basement up to the yard outside, but piled up around the base of the stairs is massive animal den. The noises of some vermin living within is just audible.

Here is the 3 Page PDF with all the info you need about how to repair the house, and the costs, etc. This is a bit of stuff from the AP Age of Worms which I have repurposed for our use here. Enjoy.

With the Brestplace of Sacred Fire found the group decides its time to try and map out where the other riddles might suggest. Getting to work Torias, Wil and Celevan go over the map with Dreams leaning over your shoulders looking down and watching.

Several locations are easily plotted...

A league to the south in frost drakes's home,
the royal water is returned to its own.

This one is easily determined to be near the place where you faced the Frost Drake, that stream seems about right, it would certainly be the place to start.

Southwest four miles the image flies,
atop forest giant in azure skies.

Celevan and Wil both determine this is likely the Elder Tree (the tallest one in the Darkmoon Woods), where you faced the Tatzlwyrms when collecting the rare ingredients to cure the Blackscour Taint.

Six miles and some at a forest's heart,
where She once dwelt is now a part.

Wil easily points out this should be where Ulizmila's hut is located.

Two miles toward the sun's first fire,
the earth's embrance will still its ire.

This one remains a mystery to everyone.

And the last one was right here, already found.

The codex of Ulizmilla is laid out and you begin to go through it. The text is extremely difficult to read, mostly because the witch wrote most of it in code, and Torias has been little by little decoding it, but its slow work as various passages use all sorts of languages, each one in code each one a different code, and some times they are magically protected against read them. Still Torias has done a good job. Going over the codex once more, from beginning to end. She speaks of this place, a grove in the middle of the cold marrow, along with landmarks on how to reach it, which you've done. She speak of a collection of ancient relics, the Panalopy of Sucellus to be found by starting in this grove. One of them you have already found. It doesn't explain how they got here, or there, or even in her own hut as you surmise or who put them there. It speaks of her desire to collect them all and reconsecrate them to return them 'to their proper glory'. Beyond this Torias has managed to decipher some notes on dangers in the Darkmoon Wood and a few other passages but as far as what you are doing now, this seems to be it.

Panoply of Sucellus

These ancient items served as the regalia for the God of Nature in his battle against Mulcarn. Lost in battle at the time of his death, they only recently were recovered by the heroes of Falcon's Hollow.

The Breastplate of Sacred Fire
This masterwork breastplate has an orange and red flame at its center that dances and constantly gives off heat as if made of actual fire, although it causes no damage.

Dormant Artifact: Breastplate +1 [AC: 7, Max Dex: 3, ACP: -3, ASF: 25%, Speed: 20ft, Weight: 30lbs.

Flame in center gives off light as a Torch. Gives off no heat, does not burn.
The Vial of Pure Water
This vial is made of green glass and clay and is sealed with a speckled cork. A water motif of wave designs decorates the container. The vial is nonmagical but remains airtight when sealed.

Dormant Artifact: If the stopper is removed from and a command word spoken, an amount of fresh or salt water pours out. Separate command words determine the type of water as well as the volume and velocity.

“Stream” pours out 1 gallon per round.

The Spirit Staff of Sucellus
This is a fiery, ruby-studded masterwork quarterstaff. A pair of burning gold wings decorates its top, and the other end is capped with a red iron claw. It is worth 550 gp for its workmanship alone. It appears to be a staff of fire but with no way to activate it.

Dormant Artifact: Staff +1

Cast Lesser Restoration (As Wielder's Level) 1 Charge
Total Current Charges: 50

The Codex of the Firmament
This scroll is all that remains of a bound collection once dedicated to the skies and the element of air. It is a long scroll with simple wooden dowels at each end. A bright-burning sun illuminates its face. On the reverse side are scribed several divine spells that need translating.
Image
Dormant Artifact: It enhances spells that summon monsters. The user may apply the Extend Spell feat to these spells as they are cast once per day. This does not change the spell slot of the altered spell. The book counts as a metamagic rod for the purpose of combining multiple metamagic effects on a spell. Thee book can be used with spells of 3rd level or lower. The book is keyed to a particular alignment (good) and and to the elemental of Air only works when used to summon a creature with either good alignment or the air subtype.
Wand of Earth's Ire
Crafted of red clay, the handle of this wand is made to appear like an eruption of lava before tapering roughly to a rounded point at the tip.

Dormant Artifact: Wand of Burning Hands (CL 8, DC: 15) 1 Charge
Total Current Charges: 50

This is the same Kobold King that you slew back in one of the opening chapters of course, the crown of which he speaks resides right atop Celevan's head.
