Present day, Earth, Timeline 128* (As recorded by Time Keepers)
The Atlantian Civic Council, the King and his advisers, along with a select few scientists at the request of the King are present within a private chamber of the coliseum of New Atlantis.
Atlantian Security Force personnel along with the King's elite guard stand guard at the door when Alton Zet arrives. The guards expect Alton and along with a couple of the King advisers permit him to enter the room.
With his research assistant kidnapped, an Atlantian traitor in custody, another traitor in league with a secret group, and the mention of a cure for the Atlantian birth disease swirling around in his thoughts. Alton hoped the request of the King to contain an answer to any of these problems.
For Orion, it's been a long journey that cannot be measured in miles, kilometers, or light years. He, along with other Celestial Protectors, has been tasked with the safety of the galaxy. After searching for several hours in the region, he spotted an Atlantian observation post, where he then requested an audience with the leader of the civilization.
As he was escorted to the underwater city of New Atlantis, he was informed that the Civic Council are the real leaders within the small civilization, but the King has a great influence in the decision making process. For his claims to be accepted, he must win over both the council and the king.
When arrived in the city, he was prompted escorted by the Atlantian Security Force into the private chamber. Then the civic council and king was informed of the stranger's arrival. As he waited, Orion was informed that there would be additional specialists and scientists at the request of King Opar Bal to hear his words and ask questions.
As Alton and the other advisers enter and take a seat, Orion is given the nod to inform everyone who he is and why he has called them together.
Alton notices the stranger standing across from the civic council. He is a rather unique individual. His skin tone is slightly blue, very similar to Atlantians, but it's clear that he's not an Atlantian. It's possible that the stranger is a earth based mutant and that the mutant genes somehow affected his skin color, but something tells Alton that it's more complicated than that.
