The rule is just very poorly worded. The way it reads right now it raises the "auto accept" vote count to 5, but also decreases the expire period to 6 hours...which is way too short.
I'd suggest you just change the quick-accept value to +5 and the quick-fail to -5.

Aye, that's what I was going for. This wouldn't change the 24 hour expiration. It would just make a proposal need to stay up for a minimum 6 hours, unless it reaches +5/
