Yeah, I know helmet and team colors aren't important, but it adds a bit of fun to the game. I came up with my Vermont Cow Tippers helmet below:
Small, ESPN size (159x129)
Large
If anyone wants a helmet, then head to this page. Download the (not 3d, just the flat 2d one) red, blue, white helmet template image and color it using MS Paint, Paint.NET, or whatever painting program you have, and then I can insert it into the Photoshop template for the 3d effects.
If you lack image coloring skills, just PM me the color concepts (or reference another team's helmet colors) and a logo/idea.
Various options:
Stripe on top - color, border/edge color, thickness
Base color or pattern
Logo/image and/or lettering (fonts, colors, etc.)
Face guard color
Pretty much anything you can think of.

@V, How's this? I didn't know if you wanted the whole helmet covered with the face or just part of it. I couldn't find a good angle for the undead Arthas image. I also tried rotating the image so the eyes pointed forward and it looked somewhat interesting, but hard to see the rest of him.
It's rather easy to adjust and change stuff. Pretty nice template that guy uploaded. Even just changing colors is a breeze and makes the helmets look nice.
@Haya, sure. I just took a guess at the face guard colors and made them a gray to match the ladies in background. Also, I faded the bottom to black, rather than have a "cut off" appear at the edge of the helmet. I (personally) think this looks better than a hard cut/wrap.
I can resize to ESPN size (159x129) when the helmet is approved/okayed by managers. I can also just give you the URL to paste into the ESPN team settings area, so you don't need to worry about uploading it somewhere.
