Davok decides to try and go toward the voices, as he leaves the ledge he plunges into cold sea water between 5 to 8 feet deep. That forces him to tread water as he moves. A bank of sea weed is between him and the voices and he starts through it but starts getting hooked by small barbs and metal hooks worked into the sea weed bed. His clothing and flesh is caught up, that makes him unable to swim easily, he can push through but its hard. Pausing to decide how to proceed he can hear the voices, they clearly aren't human, and are in slithering aquatic language he doesn't know; they sound like voices of his captors.

Davok winces in pain and swims back up. He decides that way was to the strange octopus tentacle freaks and that his best bet is to try another route. Making his way to the first passage on his right he tries that.
If i understand this right the dark part is where i tried to go, so i want to go down the path on the right from there.

Extricating himself from the hooks Davok swims away from the voices and out into a side tunnel. The tunnels are narrow and he has to squeeze through them, but he idly wonders if the strange creatures need to being so small. He swims away from the voice and finds some of the tunnels loop back on themselves but comes to another fork in the watery tunnels.

Davok thanks Besmara that he has not run into those squid bastards. Continuing ahead he hopes to find someone from the crew, but starts to wonder if he was the only one captured. Davok knows only one thing is for sure, he has to keep paddling.
Continue ahead and stay to the right I guess. It looks open if not ill take the one right next to me.

Davok wishes he could find his shipmates but he knows he needs to get away. So he keeps treading water around the narrow tunnels. He finds another patch of sea weed laced with razors and hooks and peers into the watery chamber beyond, there are strange carvings on the wall, but in the near pitch black he can't see much. There is light however from the tunnel in front.

Then he hears more noises. More of the strange creatures are coming from the light up tunnel. They are shouting and talking to one another in their goblin-fish language, but there is another voice, a person, "What...let me go you sons of bitches!" Its a loud growling man's voice, but he's cut short by a resounding *THUD* as he's hit on the head with something heavy to shut him up.

A whole school of the creatures comes slithering past, there isn't time for Davok to do much more than duck under the waves and hope they don't come this way. With just his nose and above poking out of the water he watches as a dozen or more of the squid like goblins come swimming through the passage with two prisoners. One is a large man, likely the one who's voice he heard, and another red haired woman.

The procession swims on by him deeper into the caves.

Davok waits silent parts of his face barely above the water. When the group has left he waits a few more minutes then follows in the direction the prisoners were taken.

Did i have a redhead on my former ship? Just trying to judge whether these could be my shipmates or totally different prisoners.

These are clearly not members of your crew.
Davok starts to follow the prisoners, but stops only a few yards through the watery tunnel, as the dozen or so of the goblin-octopuses set up guards and hunker down in the various caves. With no weapon and badly outnumbered Davok has no little chance to get further into the cave.

Davok back tracks heading towards the way the creatures came in to the light.

Davok decides he needs to escape, not go deeper into the caves, and so going the way the prisoners were brought in -- toward the light he slips through the water. Swimming down the tunnel Davok comes to a large vertical shaft that reaches up into the light above. The cliffs are tall and jagged, and a nest of some avian creatures are hidden at an overhang. Perhaps he might make the climb, but it seems unlikely so he continues along a twisting passage. The wall are sharp, extra sharp, in fact they appear to have been sharpened -- likely as a defense against intruders. The current makes it dangerous to swim through this 'neck' a bad stroke could dash Davok against the rocks. Luckily for him, Davok is a strong swimmer and he reaches the end of the tunnel and exits into the daylight of Bonewrack Isle.
Now that you are out, the map is oriented right.

Alone with no weapons or equipment he is as good as dead. His only chance is to try and find where his stuff is being kept. He feels even more lost and alone than he did since he departed on his own. He knows he cannot make a name for himself if he dies on this cursed island. So he swims back into the cave braving its dangers once more.

Stopping just at the entrance Davok realizes this is a stupid stupid idea. Instead he turns around and swims out of the cave looking for shore. He will try and find some gear or food there. The chances are likely since these groups seem to be taking a lot of people.
