The Bracers grant you an Armor Bonus of +2, however Fletcher has an Armor Bonus of +5 right now, so they don't stack, sorry.

This spell does not affect creatures (including constructs).
What we are missing are the Repair spells from Eberron, that never were brought into PF. 3rd Party has them:
Repair Light Damage
School conjuration (healing); Level artificer/sorcerer/wizard 1
DESCRIPTION
As cure light wounds, but it repairs objects and constructs that aren’t destroyed rather than healing living creatures.
The same rules can be used to create higher-level repair spells, based on higher-level cure spells.

I don't think this spell would be made available to Summoners, so I don't think Helion could help. But IMO Repair spells should be available to anyone who can cast Cure spells, so Oloven should get it depending on his domain selection.
