Alright Fellowship Phase Started

Everyone makes Rhosgobel a Sanctuary, but I'm not sure what your 2nd Undertaking is.

Borir, Finn and Pipkin also have to Tend to the Inn. This is an automatic sort of thing, but if you take Tend to Holding as your action, you get 2 tries instead of 1.

New Fellowship Phase Undertaking: Tend to Holding
A character may spend a Year's End Fellowship phase tending to his holding by choosing this undertaking. If he does so, he may roll the Feat die twice and choose the best result when determining the conditions of his property. If the hero possesses an appropriate Speciality, he additionally gains an Advancement point.

You guys will want to spend your XP/AP and RP it out!

This is a bit odd, since 3 of you have a stake in the Inn. I'll have to try and seperate it somewhat, Borir's stake is more in the small smithy attached, and Pipkin is only a minor share at this point. So each person will roll seperately and I'll figure it out.

Finn - Tend to Holding Undertaking

Letting you pick which is better: 10 for 3 points of treasure and maintain standard of living or Gandalf.

- If the result is Gandalf Rune, then good fortune strikes the hero! He gains no extra Treasure, but prospers in some other way a sick child recovers, an old feud is settled, the weather is unusually pleasant. The rating for the holding is permanently lowered by 1 (to a minimum of 3).

This reminds me. During the fellowship phase a messenger from Thanduill's court will arrive (I'll likely RP it) with a gift of thank you for your aid with Irime. You will get 3 treasure each from the reward. I'll mark your sheets now so we don't forget.

Nice! OK, I'll take Tom again, keeps it simpler for RP than introducing a new NPC. We CAN do that at some point if it's ever needed, though.
