This reminds me. During the fellowship phase a messenger from Thanduill's court will arrive (I'll likely RP it) with a gift of thank you for your aid with Irime. You will get 3 treasure each from the reward. I'll mark your sheets now so we don't forget.

Varuthil will probably spend the entire Fellowship Phase at Rhosbogel and rejoin the others at the Easterly Inn when it's time to start the next Adventuring Phase.

So that's a Great Success +4 Shadow Healed except for permanent points. Varuthil now has 0 Shadow.

Yeah, I figured it was just a matter of wires getting crossed due to simultaneous posting.

It feels somewhat ironic that Varuthil, who tends to be gloomy and actually got killed in the dream, is now the one with zero Shadow. I guess Radagast has a soothing presence.

Elves have a stronger power against the Shadow. Less easily corrupted?

If they don't feel the call to go west or to the Sea, then I'd imagine the Shadow doesn't grow in their heart and dissipates.
