What region are we choosing our Undertakings in?
I'm assuming Anduin, unless you think as a company we will be going toward Eriador or Laketown/Dale, and we could do that.

If we're staying in Andiuin for now, I'll have Finn Visit the Market at Trader's Isle (spend 1T, roll the Fate Die for the result; this comes from page 46 of Heart of the Wild). Once you've made the roll for me V, I'll narrate a FP for Finn.

If anyone needs ideas, here is a pretty comprehensive list of Undertaking options:

I'm not sure what to do for the Fellowship Phase. After looking through all options in the Adventurer's Companion, I was thinking of studying with Rhadagast and gaining the Beast-lore trait. Does that mean I need to give another trait up though?

Ok both people who responded said they think you just add the trait permanently. RAW you don't need to confer with Radagast to switch out a trait. So it would be strange for this Undertaking to actually be worse than that, because instead of being able to switch any trait out for any other trait anywhere you have your Undertaking, you'd only be able to switch out for one of those two, and only with using a whole Undertaking with Radagast...

Okay, if V rolls with what your sources said, I'll go with. Best-lore makes sense for Varuthil, since she can now talk to animals and is the group's hunter.

That works, I thought I read some place this would last for the next Adventure Phase.

Doesn't make sense a whole Undertaking is the same as the base swap out option.
