Good catch BB, I've updated that.
Tet I was thinking the same time as the current One Ring RPG, giving the Easterlings and the Nazgul Sauron to deal with.

Re: Chatter: Rhûn
So what I would like to do is try and focus on 5 or 6 starting cultures, work on their current Tale of Years, history, leaders, and stuff we would need to make an entry for them in the Cultures section of a book. We can work out the crunchy bits a while after we have the IC parts.
I think the best to start with are those around the Sea of Rhun
Dorwinion - Now there is a decent fan made supplement for them already, perhaps may save us a great deal of time.
Kindi - Elves of the woods there.
Dreudain - Some wild Druedain
Blacklock - Dwarves
Easterlings - They are huge and not a PC player group yet
Then look north to south, Stiffbeards, Windan, Ironfists, etc...
Or perhaps it would be more fun to do it the opposite way.
Hildorien, Stonefoot, Wenti and Easterlings and move that direction.
