I sincerely apologize for the lack of replies on my behalf. My wife's family are going through some serious health issues and I've just not been in the right frame of mind for quite some time.
I will try and move things forward when I am able to, but in all honesty I do not think I will be in a position to progress beyond the end of this particular episode.
