Double-checking that as the Face character with minimal ability to defend myself, whether or not upgrading to a Companion bodyguard rather than just a shield grog, would be worthwhile.)

FWIW - my guy is an artificer. He can improve weapons and armor ratings on all our Grogs if need be. I do believe he has the adamantine enchantment as well as fire.
