"You can't ask questions if you shoot the person dead first. Bad business. Bad-bad business." He takes another shot and let's it sit in his cheek pouch for a few minutes before he swallows it. "Good name Hatchbuster, nice-nice visual." He taps his temple suggesting it really have a nice look to the name.

Jalesh pours himself another drink and looks at the group, "what do you guys think? How do you want to approach them?"

The employee is savvy enough to know you're not asking direct questions for the sheer curiosity of it all. He backs off to let you go about your business. You notice he then concentrates serving customers on the exact opposite side of the building, staying as far away from incipient trouble as possible.

DREAMS tilts its head at the whole exchange, staying quiet through it. In his poetic turn of phrase he recommends that the most efficient course of action would be to burst in, guns a'blazing. With how paranoid gangsters are, he gives low percentages that bullshitting your way in would succeed, but admits that his allies have surprised him in the past with their unconventional tactics succeeding in the face of probability.

The rat man finishes up nursing his drink and looks at the others. "Knock-knock?"

Jalesh looks at the rat man and gives him a smile, "Knock-knock might be a bad idea if they take it the wrong way, we might have to play this one coyly."

DREAMS, not able to enjoy a drink, listened in on his allies discussing ways to confront the gang. The android let out a gentle chuckle and put his bible down on the counter, "A kick of the door, guns firing ablaze? I say that's definitely my kind of craze. Just point the way and I'll unleash hell, of course not the real one, if you cannot tell."

The group doesn't have a completely unified plan of approach, but sitting their nursing your drinks isn't going to get you anywhere. You have a conspiracy to solve. You all throw some credits on the table then move towards the western door marked as Staff Only. When you try the door it appears that security measures aren't exactly a high priority, as it is unlocked and the door swishes to the side.

The revealed area appears to be a large Storeroom filled with supplies for the bar outside, including bottles of hard alcohol, kegs of beer, and boxes of food and 'recreational stimulants'. One corner holds amplifiers, musical instruments, and costumes for the club's entertainers. A single door stands in the north wall, marked with a clearly creative placard reading 'Boss'.

Three Downside Kings are sitting at a table in the room playing cards, and look similarly attired and armed as the bouncers at the front entrance. One is so surprised he falls backwards in his chair, and looks like he hurt himself. The other two pull out truncheons and hurry over. "Hey, this is for gang mem-, I mean, Staff only. Get out of here." They haven't taken swings at you yet, but are clearly unfriendly.

"Where is pee-pee room? Need to go pee-pee!"

The rat man dances up and down side to side holding himself.

He lets his companions decide if they open fire on the gang men... er staff members.

One of the truncheon-equipped gangsters snorts at the idiocy of their customers, and turns to help his fallen companion back up from his undignified position. The likely leader looks at Quig with disgust, pointing back towards the opposite end of the Club. "You need to pee, you go that way! Get!" He dramatically kicks at the ratling, trying to shoo him away rather than deal any real damage.

Jalesh smiles at the idiocy to be beholden in front of his eyes, quite the setup this guys have here, he thinks to himself. As the guard moves to shoo off Quig, Jalesh sprints forward, knife in hand and grabs the man by the face and tries to slam him against the wall, with the blade to the man's neck.
melee attack NPC, if successful intimidate group.
