Realizing she can do nothing for Tolan at the moment, Morwen wheels around and casts another spell at two of the remaining skeletons.
Going to use my last Burst of Radiance on the two skellies clumped together, placing my spell in such a way as to not hit my companions.

Morwen turns, seeing there is nothing she can do for Tolan. Her last Radiant Burst explodes two of the skeletons just south of Mongo and Eyris. They explode in a fiery ball that catches more foliage on fire. The last of the skeletons attacks Mongo, hitting hard once with a flaming fist. Mongo then shatters the final skeleton with his peg leg club sending it up in a cloud of smoke and ash that blows back on him. As the battle is ending Mongo's endurance fails him and he topples over passing out from heat exhaustion and his wounds. He bleeds there for a few moments before he stablizes but remains knocked out.

From the north a figure is outlined among the smoke and fire. Morwen can see it now, hazily through the pall of the burning city. Tall, dressed in a mix of yellow and black. Heavily armored it moves with the noise of a knight. Then she steps fully into view, in one hand a shield, the other a long spear with pennon on the top tattered and ripped. She's wearing golden plate mail smeared with ash and soot and blood. She gazes at your group with distrust and pride, and as her shield moves you see the symbol on it of a burning torch.

Eyris holds her scimitar, breathing hard. "Who are you?'" she asks with a heavy accent.

Mongo crushes the last of the fiery, exploding skeletons, and can tell there are none left to stand up to him. Having given everything to the chaotic fight, he simply cannot continue to stand. He falls senseless to the ground, his burnt and battered body struggling to hold up under the strain it has been under.
Just a friendly reminder that an Unchained Barbarian's Rage adds Temp HP which are eaten up during combat. Their actual Constitution (and thus Max HP) doesn't change, so there's no longer the issue of passing out / dying at the end of a Rage. But I've got no objection from using it here for good RP purposes! :) Makes total sense that Mongo pushed himself so hard that he's got nothing left afterwards.

"Hold on, Mongo. I've got you." Morwen quickly moves over to Mongo's side and, kneeling next to the big man, rummages through her pack and pulls out a potion. This she uncorks and, lifting his head slightly (and with great effort) pours its contents into the mouth of Mongo. This done, she looks up at the newcomer. "Would that you had arrived moments earlier, knight. For I know the Order of Lietbur is no friend to the Ebon Hand. We could have used your aid." Her voice is not accusing, merely sad.

While normally pouring fluid down the throat of an unconscious person is a recipe for drowning, magic is a wonderful thing. The red potion flows right where it is supposed to, and some of the wounds close and the burnt skin pinks up. The barbarian is far from hale, but at least he is restored to some functionality. "What ... did we win? Any more bone men to fight?" His voice is still weak, and unlike normal times he doesn't sound like he would be excited to get into another scrape.

Oh right! I had to re read Temp HPs. Got it.

Mongo (with temp HP back and CLW is at 9 HPS now)
Eyris turns on the arriving knight as Morwen races to Mongo's side and assists him. He recovers far quicker than expected and is back among the world of the awake looking at the gathering group.

The knight, for her part strides forward and stops a safe distance from you, her eyes on the fallen Mongo watching and waiting. "No my large friend there are no more burning skeletons to battle here in the city square." Her speech is that of Icatia, and the common tongue. "Would I have arrived sooner I could have done more. As it was I did what I could and destroyed that grouping of them there." She indicates it was her that blew up the skeletons around Tolan. "I am Lady Arwedane Glitcrest formerly of New Caltrinnia, Icatia." She plants her spear in the dirt at her feet, one hand lazily holding onto it. "He is Mongo, but I didn't get the rest of your names, or your purpose." She does not smile, stoic and prideful. "You are right, I am no friend of the Ebon Hand, I am its enemy however, as you can see." She indicates that perhaps this fire is her doing.

"Morwen-Altorniel, Arrasul Maltathantara." The entire name is rattled off without pause. Her eyes darken at the newcomer. "Would that you had seen a way to slay the skeletons without killing our companion in the process," she adds.
