Personality: Zed is a dapper gentleman, he is eloquent and presents a friendly facade to strangers, however below the surface lies a psychopath, a man driven by chaos and the desire for infamy, Zed is ruthless and unforgiving, there are very few lines that he is not willing to cross when faced by those that have wronged him. He's demeanor is normally calm, even when the time for violence appears. He is respectful and caring of those he considers family and friends.

Backstory: Zed grew up in Azhurine Island the largest island in the Grand Vert Archipelago, the son of a local trader his childhood was spend as many of those in his economic level were, he was expected to go to school and to take over his father's business later on, while in school Zed found that he has a natural affinity for navigation and focused his studies around it, as he grew older Zed interest was shifted by the increasingly constant sightings of pirates in town, this awoke something inside of Zed, the need for freedom, as a result he started reveling against the status quo and found himself in fights constantly, this awoke something else inside of Zed, bloodlust, as his bloodlust grew he found himself more and more drawn towards the freedom and violence of the world of piracy, this is why Zed decided to cast everything aside in order to venture into the Grand Line seeking to become the most feared pirate in the sea.

Personality & Appearance
Pepper's a bouncy and energetic girly-girl who loves to party. Growing up among a friendly and (mostly) peaceful community has sheltered her and made her naive, but she has learned to be wary of people using her own illiteracy to trick her. She is a female chimpanzee mink, fair-complected with fine golden-brown fur that matches her yellow eyes, and since maturing, she has been likened to the lesser minks - or rather, the humans - despite being a true mink, owing to a sparseness of fur on her hands, feet and face, as well as some major areas of her body, endearing her even more to the tribe on Zou. A bit long in the legs, she's taller than the average human woman and drastically lighter than most, owing to her mink type. She wears dancing attire consisting of tribal skirts and plunging shoulderless tops which hug her chest and show off her cleavage. Shiny and cheap gold and silver jewelry adorns her body: bangles, bands, waist chains, and a gold necklace. All-in-all, a deliberately flashy and attention-grabbing ensemble. She keeps her red hair long and loose, bangs and all, with the back gathered in a ponytail, perfumed with a blend of coconut and vanilla.

For almost her entire life, Zou in the Grand Line was Pepper's whole world. She lived with her older sisters Ginger and Cinnamon (also monkeys), their mom and pop Abaccus and Milly (hog & mare), and their Uncle Goji (moon bear). The tame stories told to them by Abaccus fanned their curiosity for the wider world so much that Abaccus roped his brother-in-law into teaching them how to fight. Pepper was deemed too young, so while her sisters trained ahead of her, she was oblivious to the need for self-defense and instead channeled her fascination through a mandolin she received as a present from their mom to distract her, and developed a talent for it. That didn't stop the elder sisters from heading into the forest to playfight with their youngest and teach her a few things on the sly, while letting their imaginations roam and pining for days of adventure. Fighting wasn't all that they were taught, however; each of them had to work in some capacity. For her part, after her sisters left together, Pepper studied Kung Fu with Uncle Goji, and was an all-rounder at his bar, the Beer Hive: she learned to cook professionally, mix drinks, and played music for a pretty penny. Her sisters would return periodically by months to a full year to visit. After Pepper had attained a passable ability for her chosen martial skill, it was on their return from their most recent adventure out into one of the Blues that she planned to take off with them. A year passed since their last visit, then a second. Clearly, something had happened to Ginger and Cinnamon, and despite her pleading, Abaccus insisted he would sail out and find them, without Pepper. Angry and desperate, Pepper left anyway, alone. She packed, secured a vessel from her friend Fusela - who had been working on a special project - and stole Abaccus' special compass that was needed to leave the Grand Line safely. But during her journey, disaster struck in the form of a terrifying storm that tore her boat apart. She washed ashore on a strange island with barely anything more than the clothes on her back, save miraculously for her mandolin and her spiked gauntlet. Since then, she has been making a new life for herself, with the intention of beginning her search.
