Re: Chapter 1: A Mandalorian Never Forgets
Resyr tries to get the grogginess out of his head. In his condition, there not much he can do.
"Try to take some alive. We may have our first clue," he mutters to his comrades, though he doesn't specifically say anything out loud about the missing Mando.

Resyr takes a quick look around and weighs his options. He decides his best bet is to take the leader out of the fight. His blaster set to stun, he takes aim and squeezes off a shot at the gang leader.

Seeing the gang leader fall and their other companions on the floor, the last remaining group take a look at each other and then run towards the cantina's door. Blindly firing their blasters at the Mandalorians, the group makes their way the to entrance and leaves their fallen leader behind.

"Good shot," says Rayne to Resyr. "Well, let's be on our way. Hopefully, those who fools who are still living have learned their lesson about crossing Mandalorians."

"Hold on a moment," Lorne says, stooping next to the unconscious lead thug and beginning to look for some form of identification. "I want to know who was shooting at us."

Re: Chapter 1: A Mandalorian Never Forgets
Resyr moves up alongside his fellow Mandalorian and begins to strip the gang leader of his weapons. "Besides, if this guy's in the Mando armor trade, maybe we should ask him some questions," he says. Tristan Wren went missing shortly after accepting this job, and we just happen to run into people looking for armor right after we took the job? Resyr thinks to himself. Worth a couple of questions, at least.

Rayne pauses and says, "Good idea. Let's move him back to that room, so we can question him in some privacy."

Re: Chapter 1: A Mandalorian Never Forgets
The three Mandalorians pull the unconscious gang leader back into the private backroom of the cantina. As they enter the room, their eyes quickly divert to someone standing up from behind the bar. Luckily for them, it's just the bartender with his hands raised. As they continue pulling the man, the bartender doesn't look towards them and moves to collect the other fallen bodies and drag them out back of the cantina and into the alley.
They prop up the man in a chair and take a good look at him. Meanwhile, cantina patrons are slowly re-entering and taking their seats. The noise is still quiet low, but steadily increasing as more patrons arrive. Eventually, music begins playing again in the main room.
Lorn and Resyr are both somewhat familiar with the two largest gangs operating in the city of Taleucema and other parts on the planet Saleucami: The Yellow Thaelos and Stoneskins. The two gangs fight to control of the slums surrounding Taleucema, which the locals call the "Warren." The "Warren" district was a highly populated urban residential area consisting of closely packed, decrepit housing units of deteriorated infrastructure and inhabited by impoverished citizens and a number of other petty criminal gangs.
The individual now restrained to the chair wore the symbol of the Yellow Thaelos. The gang was named after a race of primates native to many forested craters of Saleucami. After a few minutes, the man begins to awaken...

Rayne leans in close to the man. "I think by now you've figured out you did something very stupid. If you want to be smart, you'll answer our questions. What made you think it was a good idea to come after three fully armed Mandalorians? Are you involved in some sort of scheme where people will pay for our possessions?"
